ELA + Synergy Appointed to Represent Lutron Electronics in NY Metro and NNJ

Effective September 1, 2025, ELA + Synergy will represent Lutron Electronics in the New York Metro, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey markets across the Electrical Distribution, Lighting Showroom, Commercial Integrator, and Commercial Window Systems sales channels.

This expansion builds on a 15-year partnership with Lutron that began in Philadelphia in 2010, where ELA + Synergy has represented the brand in Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Over that time, the relationship has strengthened both organizations and sharpened ELA + Synergy’s ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

ELA + Synergy is expanding its team's resources and formalizing service commitments to ensure a smooth transition for Lutron customers in the territory. These commitments include:

• Defined quote response times 
• Prompt order acknowledgments
• Expanded field service support
• Additional team resources to assist with order and project management

Lutron’s direct specification team in New York will continue to lead specifications. ELA + Synergy will work alongside them to support the supply channel - ensuring distributors have the tools and service team needed to drive successful projects from order to installation and beyond.
