Russell is based in South Jersey and joined the industry in 2022 after spending the previous eight years in the fitness industry building and managing a CrossFit gym.
Russell has a Bachelors degree in General Studies and a Minor in Mathematics from Wilmington University, where he also played collegiate soccer for four years.
In his free time, Russell still plays soccer and hockey, loves Philadelphia sports, and calls himself a “car guy.”
