Ray joins Synergy in 2020 after spending his first 4 years in the industry focused on integrated control & shading solutions. He works hand-in-hand with architects and engineers to supplement their efforts by developing simple solutions for complex applications. Ray’s Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Penn State provides him with the foundation to support projects from design through construction by providing technical support along the way.
In his free time, Ray enjoys reading, playing sports, traveling with friends, and refereeing youth and high school basketball.
